Context

Caross Tech is a California-based company since 2005, serve with patented technology of jump starers and battery chargers. The purpose of the website design is to build up product listing selling service and increase brand identity for business partner and customers in the global market.

My Role

I involved competitive analysis to analyze the current pain points, and define the design problem, task prioritization, ensure UI design system and brand identity (including color scheme, typography, logo, and icons) help to create the UI consistency and web mockups. HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

My Impact

✅ Increased 46% user engagement rate within two months;
✅ Increased in purchasing conversion rate from 0.059% to 0.3% during Quarter 4;
✅ Reduced 23% bounce rate in the website.
